Ive spoke with this company XXXX. I paid off my car on XX/XX/2021. I over paid by XXXX and some change. I called them made them aware they said I needed to wait XXXX business days for payment to clear. On XXXX XXXX I called customer service said they spoke with the accounting and that I will receive the check by before the end of XXXX. Its now XX/XX/2021. I called and my refund payment is still pending approval from a XXXX and I get told to call back on XX/XX/2021. The first time I spoke with someone they said it would only be XXXX weeks XXXX.
