I am trying to get a mortgage loan but on the merged credit report, it is not getting the correct information for Equifax. XXXX and XXXX both have my SSN and correct information, but Equifax has my brother 's information in the report. I have tried to file a dispute through Equifax ( XXXX ) but my MyEquifax account is not able to be accessed and I have not been able to get Equifax support 's help with it completely. When I try to verify my information with Equifax 's automated system, it asks questions about credit that is not relevant to me. When I try to get another merged credit report with XXXX, it won't allow me to set up the XXXX account either because it asks security questions that belong to my brother 's credit. I believe there is some kind of mix up deep in my Equifax file because I am having various issues relating to their information and services.
