CCS Collections reported their unverified medical account to my credit file on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021, and XX/XX/2021. I have no idea how CCS Collections received my personal medical information. I have not agreed to do any business withCCS Collections, I have not received any goods or services from CCS Collections, nor am I responsible for their debt collection purchase from their alleged client. CCS Collections, has flagged my credit before without first proving their account ( s ) belong to me. Each time CCS Collections failed to validate their debt. CCS Collections have once again violated my H.I.P.P.A. rights and is attempting to collect on an alleged debt that does not belong to me. CCS Collections continuously violates the FDCPA by attempting to collect on alleged debts without providing any proof of service or goods. I will upload proof upon request.
