I have reviewed my report XX/XX/XXXX noticed there are several items on my report that are being illegally reported. There are inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the reporting status listed on the accounts shown. Based on FCRA 611 ( 5 ) ( ii ) I sent in a dispute showing the inaccurate information and requested it to be deleted. I received resulted from XXXX that showed to accounts " updated '' Once I looked at the updated copy of my report I noticed that nothing about the accounts in question were in fact updated. However, I notice a late payment that I asked to be reversed had changed months originally it was reporting late in XX/XX/XXXX it now shows XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a CRS at XXXX and she stated the XXXX XXXX verified there were No late payments XX/XX/XXXX based on the FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) I sent in a reinvestigation letter and on XX/XX/XXXX I received results saying the account 'updated '' after reviewing the updated credit report there were no changes. This is a complete violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Action FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) and FCRA 611 ( 5 ) ( ii ) and I would like this information removed from my credit report ASAP
