I have 4 accounts with Midland Funding that is on my collections. I have no knowledge of either of these accounts. These accounts are fraudulent and look like duplicates. 2 accounts were supposedly opened on XX/XX/XXXX and the other 2 was opened XX/XX/XXXX. Ive never dealt with midland funding or the creditor they are working for. This is illegal debt.. and this is hurting me from moving on in life. They also have a default judgement against me but Ive never received mail to attend court. I currently have a case opened with XXXX to get this handled.
