I've tried reaching out to PayPal to try to close out my account with them and they keep telling me wait 6 months since XXXX and I did wait and now when I try to call them and find out why I'm not able to close my account I keep getting told that they'll submit a ticket & get back with me and they never do its now XXXX and still nothing from them that money was supposed to be used for my husbands funeral expenses but since PayPal put the limitation on my account I've had to go take out loans to pay for it.
