I took out this loan a couple weeks ago with every intention of paying them. I was recently in an automobile accident and my car was totaled causing me to have to get another vehicle. Well my insurance left me with a large balance to payoff my wrecked vehicle so I spoke with a bankruptcy attorney and decided to file a chapter XXXX I was advised to send a letter revoking ACH on my loans that I have since I will be required by the court to file all debts. I contacted bridge lending solutions and they are saying they are going to take my first payment even with me filing the bankruptcy and revoking the ACH
