An account was at Wells Fargo & Co was fraudulently opened in my name, XXXX XXXX Checking Account # XXXX I called the number for personal checking account fraud XXXX and waited over an hour and spoke to 2 different customer service representatives that passed me on to wait more. I am still trying to contact Customer Advocacy XXXX with no success. I have a fraud alert at XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I believe Wells Fargo is required to contact me before opening an account.
