Hello this is XXXX XXXX with current address at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX My account number is XXXX I'm your customer for over 2 years now. So far everything goes well with my XXXX project account. Im writing because I noticed that my most recent credit report contains a late payment reported that is really hurting my credit now. I want you to know that I understand my financial obligations. Id have an excellent repayment records. I made a mistake in falling behind, because I was out of country for 2 months and due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions I was not able to come back on time and do my payment in timely manner. My payment history for the last 9 years was 100 % up until this belated accident. We all know how difficult was in the last two years with COVID-19 and I still tried to do my best.
