I have been without a job since XXXX of 2021. I have tried to make arrangements with Avant so they would stop adding late fees to my account. When I made a payment arrangement, I was told they would stop accruing, however, I have over {$500.00} in late fees on my account now. I have called several times to see about having the fees removed so I could start paying down the card but no one will help. I have made two payments recently and they did not report my payments to the credit bureau as yet.
