I caught someone trying to use my debit card number by email. i had alerts set up on my account. i called wells fargo immediately and they cancelled my card. They said they would send out another debit card.. Almost 3 weeks later i still do not have my debit card. I have called wells fargo repeatedly and they said it is on the way. # three weeks is unacceptable. They should have sent this card out priority I just saved them thousands of dollars catching someone from stealing. Now all my bills are late and my credit will suffer because of my auto drafts set up to pay using this debit number they closed. They have penalized me for catching a criminal and saved them thousands. Wells Fargo should be awarding me not destroying me... Evidently, they reward criminals for stealing because I am the one suffering. Solution : Wells Fargo Pay me {$10000.00} for the hassle and to repair my good standing in the credit community. This will cover credit repair and my time.! XXXX XXXX
