On XXXX XXXX more than 45 days ago I sent a letter to the credit reporting agencies regarding some false misleading information that should be excluded from my report. As of today I have not received any response regarding my concerns and I feel as I'm being ignored. I as a natural person ( consumer ) who is protected under federal law demand these accounts be removed from my consumer report immediately. If no action is done I will seek legal action for the Violation of my right. I have attached verification of my identity so please don't say you are not able to verify me. Also I am not being represented my any 3rd parties so lets not play these games to delay the process. The law states clearly you must allow 30days to respond not 45 nor 60.
