On XX/XX/2021, a Google Play gift card was purchased in the XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX - ( XXXX ) XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX. XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX - ( XXXX ) XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX. When the card was gentle scratched off, NOTHING was there. XXXX is selling FAKE products for Google. when the XXXX store was contacted, both the store and XXXX headquarters basically told me to " GO TO XXXX! '' XXXX sent a clear message - three times - that they do not care about their customers ; NOR do they care about customer service. When we tried to call the Google Play card number, a recording stated that it was NOT a good number and no longer in service. When we tried to contact Google thru four of their websites, ALL of them were fraudulent and would not allow customers to report fake/fraudulent merchandise that they are selling to the public. THIS IS CONSUMER FRAUD and a FEDERAL CRIME! Both, XXXX and Google should be held accountable. There are several websites of many thousands of customers listing their stories and who have experienced the same fraud by XXXX and Google.
