I have filed complaint after complaint regarding TRANSUNION and its actually going on approximately a year without resolution and I can only see hiring an attorney in my near future. The last complaint filed returned a response to mail in ( mailing address included ) verification of my identity to UNFREEZE MY CREDIT ACCOUNT!!!!! I sent them 15! Pages of documentation proving my identity to stated address and Once Again, TRANSUNION just sent me a copy of my credit report! WHAT IS WRONG HERE? Next stop for TRANSUNION is to reimburse me for attorneys fees!
