1- Delete Unauthorized credit inquiry : I contacted Equifax in numerous occasions via certified mail to request that they conduct an investigation into an unauthorized inquiry from XXXX XXXX , XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX that I did not authorize. Equifax refused to investigate and allowing these inquiries to hindered my ability to obtain loans and other credit products.
