On three occasions I have requested credit increases or inquiries and both agencies below continue to report information wrong. My first issue was with XXXX in which XXXX XXXX reported derogatory or public record. For over a year I tried to get a XXXX card until i finally disputed with them, they sent sent two reports that showed no derogatory record, within a week XXXX issued my new card. Now XXXX XXXX has sent me a denial showing Equifax as the consumer reporting agency. As i type this my current score on their own web page is XXXX yet they report XXXX to XXXX XXXX they also show derogatory public record which is linked directly to XXXX XXXX. Both companies have been advised on two occasions about the lack of reporting accuracy. I am requesting that the CFPB please get involved, I run a small business and this greatly effects me and does not seem to stop.
