I had lab work done at XXXX XXXX during XX/XX/XXXX. My medical information was shared with a collection agency, Account Resolution Services, now I am be charged {$2000.00} since XX/XX/XXXX. I've attempted on two occasions sending letters to ARS for debt validation on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX, and each time the company has failed to validate the debt bearing proof of my signature or any contract I signed for ARS to have authorization to collect a debt. Instead ARS has sent a notice of amount due and medical information, services of lab work done which I know is a direct violation of HIPPA regulations. I've written the three credit agencies on XX/XX/XXXX, explaining that ARS has violated my medical rights committing a HIPPA violation, did not validate the debt or have proof of my signature, and to correct my credit file. As of today only XXXX has corrected my credit file. Now I ask that you investigate this direct form of violation and please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activity immediately.
