We received a statement showing we had not returned all the frontier equipment.. We have Proof from XXXX Showing a drop off package receipt that the equipment was shipped out on on XX/XX/2019. Shortly after we received another statement showing they still needed the equipment back. We have spoke to them And sent in proof of the receipt and they said this would be all taken care of and it would be noted on the account. We recently had our credit ran and it is still showing as a unpaid balance. This money is not due And the account should be settled with a XXXX balance.
