XXXX, Equifax and XXXX refuses to remove inaccurate reporting information on my credit report. I submitted proof of conflicting information that was stated to be verified by XXXX, XXXX and Equifax. XXXX stated they will not remove information based on what is presented from other agencies. All agencies stated verified information from original account holder. The most recent example is from XXXX XXXX XXXX. All XXXX agency 's stated account was verified, XXXX After contacting the original creditor and presented a letter to Contract Callers, XXXX, XXXX and Equifax advising of accounting error. On XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX that original account holder that sold to Contract Callers confirmed at XXXX the balance was incorrect, payments were not applied to account correctly and account should not have been sent to collections. No good faith investigation to verify inaccurate information was conducted on the first or second attempt by XXXX, XXXX or Experian or XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent all three agencies a merged XXXX agency report showing factual discrepancies in their investigation and reporting but all came back information verified, which is not possible. I have since filed a small claims lawsuit against XXXX, Equifax and XXXX in small claims court in XXXX, Ohio for damages and removal of account.
