This is my complaint to the three major credit reporting companies after several phone calls and letters. I am writing to remove erroneous and obsolete demographic information on my credit report. The above information concerning my name, address, phone number, and employer is the only information I want to appear on my credit report. I want all other data which includes old addresses, old phone numbers, old employers, all variations of my name that does not appear exactly as above removed. You use this incorrect or outdated information as challenge questions for access to my credit report. The information that you use is incorrect and outdated. Your use of old and incorrect data is preventing me from accessing my credit report which is my right under The Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have written several letters informing you of this and as of this date have not received a response. I still have no access to my credit report. I have filed a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and I am including a copy of this letter to them also. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
