Consumer Narrative

Dear Sir Below is my plight with Mercedes Benz both of XXXX XXXX and Mercedes Benz Financial. I have written both the GM and VP of finance with no response. Can anyone help me?? My letter to the VP OF FINANCE : Good Afternoon Mr. XXXX, Below you will find most of my issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Now due to XXXX and not to mention that my husband took a 40 % cut In pay we continued to pay our car based on what they told me. Now they said my credit is to bad. Well I bet half of America took a hit. I then mentioned that my husbands CREDIT was strong and he didnt want to hear it. When last time it was no issue. He btw just purchased another Mercedes approximately 6 months ago. How can you not approve a loan that is {$350.00} less per month but expect me to pay my current payment?? I dont believe that this is how Mercedes treats its customers. I think that XXXX is upset and quite frankly was rude and unprofessional. Make it a Great Day!! I just left your dealership and needless to say I am disappointed in your dealership and let me explain. I signed without ANYONE DISCLOSING that I was paying XXXX for a XXXX car. XXXX XXXX years ago we leased a XXXX from your dealership, at that time your Finance Manger XXXX assured us that if we sucked up our large car payment for 2 1/2 years we could come back and trade out of our car NO PROBLEMS. Well even through Covid we pressed on and suffered through pay furlough and so forth. Going on the WORD of your dealership Well we came in today and dealt with XXXX and now we find out that we were deceived. We ended up paying XXXX for this car and we are $ XXXX upside Down?????? Now please explain how your dealership does this to repeat customers?? Now you want me to eat this yet again!! So I am trying to LOWER my payment and you tell me now I am not credit worthy and because my husband has a car which by the way is a Mercedes bought in your dealership he cant sign. But it was ok for him to sign last time. And my dad who has a FICO score of XXXX wasnt either. Hmmmmmm Huge discrimination!!! So I am looking at a 2021 suv and you still cant cover your deceit and want me to pay for your dishonesty. Make it a Great Day!! XXXX XXXX XXXX
