Please refer my previous CFPB complaint XXXX. Wells Fargo is just not letting me close my account. Instead they started charging me fees for XXXX balance. They can call me at XXXX to talk to me during Mon-Thu from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX Central time or friday from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX Central time. Moreover if one can open account online without going to branch so why one can not close the account online? Due to COVID-19 - I am not going to any place for notary or into their branch to close this account. I am doing part - time job and have to take care of kids while remote learning. Why wells fargo doesn't have chat or secure message options or email to do this work?
