Possible Finance is reporting 2 late payments on my credit report. This isn't the first time that has happened. I tried updating my payment information, however their App wasn't allowing me to nor pay the whole balance. I took screenshots of these errors. Possible Finance isn't taking any responsibility for the App issues. They don't want to be accountable. I tried updating my payment dates, which it wouldn't allow me to. I asked them several times to call which they never did. They don't want to accept the fact that their App was the problem, but instead they are painting me out to be the bad guy.
