On XXXX I sent letters to the credit bureau regarding inaccurate and unknown infomation on my personal credit report to this day it has been over 120 days later, I still have not received a response yet. unfortunately at this point I feel like I'm being taking advantage of and my disputes are being disregarded of its urgent request. Section 611 ( a ), it is clearly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediateltly remove those items from my credit report, it has been well over 120 days so they should be deleted and removed promptly. I demand these accounts to be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the hardship you as well as this information has caused me. My information was also impacted by over 33 data breaches. I have attached proof of the data breaches on XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX My personal information was also impacted MULTIPLE times through the dark web. The list also includes the Equifax data breach, FEMA data breach, XXXX XXXX data breach and multiple other MAJOR DATA BREACHES and may have got into the hands of the wrong person. I have attached My Police Report Number. I have also attached my FTC report number XXXX this report includes all the inaccurate and unknown information accounts that has been reported to my credit, Please remove the inaccurate accounts I have attached so that I can take control of my personal credit with the credit bureau.
