The customer service at BSI has refused to correct my account and instead continues to charge late payments. BSI took my payment REFUSED to apply it to a mortgage payment and instead left it in unapplied. BSI continued to charge late fee after late fee. I continued to pay more and more while the money sat in unapplied. When my complaint was filed they decided to make it a principle payment to cover the error again. I sent more money and a letter to the president of the bank to fix the problem and correct my account and bring it up to date in the beginning of XXXX. I DO NOT want a principle ONLY Payment I want my account brought UP TO DATE with NO LATE FEES. I have called, I have written and the bank is still stealing from my account late fees, and NOT allocating the principle only to the correct payment.
