The online account was closed by XXXX on XXXX without prior notice. Upon contacting the the bank I was told for business and that no further explanation would be given. I requested the final balance be retuned to me at which point I was the funds {$120.00} would revert back to the institution they were sent from. I contacted them again a week later and my balance accordingly to the associate was 0 I told them I never received my funds at which point she repeats the same line repeatedly closed for business reasons Ive never had an experience like this and Id never use XXXX or any of it affiliates in the future
