There are a few accounts on my credit reports that are reporting inaccurate information. There are accounts that I am not familiar with, Creditors that I have never done business with reporting negative accounts on my reports. They are reporting that I had a repossession with XXXX XXXX XXXX and are reporting two collection accounts with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have been disputing these accounts for some time now with the credit bureaus and they have failed to respond to my disputes. I have asked for validation of these accounts. Are they legally able to collect on the debt? How did they calculate the amount they claim I owe? How do they know I am the owner of the debt? Im curious because I have never done business with them or the original creditor. I have reached out to these creditors and they have either not responded or have not provided proper valid sufficient documents that prove the account and debt belongs to me. I was under the impression that if they didn't respond it would automatically deleted from my credit reports. Silence is being in agreeance. I am sure there is a law that proves it.
