Reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX about amending the credit reporting to our Transunion accounts. They informed us to call Transunion. When we called we were told that the account was deleted, and only the mortgage company could reinstate the account. We have been corresponding with the mortgage company since XX/XX/2021, and now its XXXX. Nothing has been fixed we received several letters from XXXX stating that they are reporting as recently as XX/XX/2021. But I would really like to know how they are reporting to a deleted account.
