My wife passed away on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX due to the loss of income, i requested a reduction in my monthly payment. Since the beginning of XXXX, they have sent me the wrong application, an out dated application, lost my application and/or never replied to my emails. Now I'm getting calls from collection agencies demanding i pay yje past due amount and threating me. also, uas sent negative remarks to the credit bureau which now shows 82 days past due. They have ruined my credit because of their mistakes. I NEED HELP IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER
