I submitted a letter to validate accounts on XXXX to.. I didn't hear anything from them so I filed a complaint XXXX with you guys. According to FCRA reporting agencies have 30 days to validate disputed items. It took them longer than 30 days therefore my request to remove disputed accounts should be honored. I have attached the letters which state the date of Equifax response.
