Southwest Credit Systems of XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX has fraudulently reported to all three credit bureaus an outstanding balance of {$92.00} with " XXXX '' on account it is showing as " opened '' on XX/XX/2021. Initiating communication with this company as well as XXXX has been impossible. This company deliberately puts you on hold and leaves you there without answering any questions. I can not even begin to resolve this fraud because it simply state it is with " XXXX, '' a worldwide company. If you try to obtain discovery information from XXXX, they say they no longer have the account and refer you to Southwest Credit Systems. It is a willful and deliberate game of chase your tail and is an outrage. I am planning to seek litigation against Southwest and have also preparing to testify before U.S. Congress on a federal bill aimed at such unscrupulous companies. I am also a national news reporter and plan to begin covering the mess these collection agencies have made of people 's credit standing.
