1. On XX/XX/21 I sent a letters regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. Items from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX, XXXX were deleted from my report. On XX/XX/21 after I realized these items came back on my report without me being notified by writing in 5 days which is a direct violation of 15 U.S Code 1681i ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) ( iii ), I immediately filed another dispute. 2. I know that Both XXXX XXXX XXXXs and XXXX, XXXX have incorrect, unvalidated information because things such as the date of last activity, date opened, account status among other things are not identical across all bureaus. They are in direct violation of Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer. 3. Equifax has 7 derogatory accounts without creditor names on them and medical information! This is another direct violation. How am I supposed to even verify an account if I don't even know who to contact. I also know that all of these offenses should be a {$1000.00} each that the bureaus owe me in compensation. 4. I feel as if I am being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. They should be deleted they should be deleted promptly. I demand these unverified accounts be deleted, and any late payments that cant be verified be removed and the updated to paid as agreed. My information was also impacted by the Equifax data breach. I have done my research and I know I am entitled for compensation for these violations and they must be deleted.
