I filled out an application through XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX. Their website claimed that I would be contacted within a few days. On the XXXX of XXXX I received email notifications that i had several new notifications of new credit inquiries. XXXX XXXX ran my credit report, and gave my information to countless credit unions and Banks without my authorization. On the XXXX of XXXX I put a fraud alert on my account. Today XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to a supervisor at XXXX XXXX and explained my frustration that my information was given out without my permission. He was very nonchalant and did not seem to care that I was upset. I let him know I was going to file a complaint. Nobody from XXXX XXXX has contacted me until I contacted them today, on the XXXX. Apparently it is a common practice to receive an application and run someone's credit without speaking to the person first, which is frightening especially when credit is involved. None of the credit unions that have my application have contacted me, nor did they have my permission to run my credit.The following inquiries need to be removed as I did not authorize them.
