I had a car loan with Bridgecrest. The car was totaled in XX/XX/XXXX, they were made aware of this. on XX/XX/XXXX they received {$14000.00} from my insurance, on XX/XX/XXXX they received payment from my warranty balance {$520.00}, on XX/XX/XXXX they received the GAP paid by XXXX {$2300.00}. Bridgecrest reported late payments for XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX after they received all payments prior to these dates. I called them XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX about this issue. It took them until XX/XX/XXXX to get their accounting in order and update my account. If it is taking them that long to do their accounting I should have had to suffer with them violating my rights and destroying my credit. They even verified this inaccurate information to the credit bureaus the 3 times I have disputed this on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX. I recently needed to have emergency XXXX work, I applied for a loan and was denied due to their violations of my rights. I had to takeout money from my XXXX and pay a 10 % penalty also. I want them fined for reporting and verifying inaccurate information. And I would like some type of compensation for the money all of this has cost me, plus the fact that I have not been able to do what I need to do because my credit was destroyed by these 3 payments they continue to report. I have my account statement from Bridgecrest showing these payments and when they received them. Attached is the account statement sent to me by Bridgecrest showing all payments and when they were received. They received payments prior to XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and still reported late payments on my credit.
