On XX/XX/XXXX sent letter to credit bureau asking for Method of Verification of bankruptcy ( did not dispute, just asked for MOV ) On XX/XX/XXXX their response was by the Bankruptcy court/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX sent letter to USBK COURT XXXX VA-asking if they verified and on XX/XX/XXXX I received their letter back, stating they do not report to the credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX sent a letter to XXXX the 3rd party agency asking them to send me documents used to verify alleged bankruptcy and on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter back stating " After a reinvestigation of the data in question, XXXX was unable to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy and removed this record from my XXXX report. On XX/XX/XXXX sent letter along with court house letter and Lexis Nexis letter stating the bankruptcy was unverified and to remove from credit and on XX/XX/XXXX I received a response back stating " we investigated the info you disputed and updated : NOT SPECIFIED '' and showed how it appears on my credit file>did not remove. On XX/XX/XXXX sent letter to credit bureau again stating the bankruptcy is not verified, stating I had provided proof that their method of verifying was invalid and warning that I would file a formal complaint to which no response has been received.
