I Have been diligently contacting Equifax in order to remove a Consumer statement from my report Since XX/XX/XXXX for a month now. I have spoken to 3 different managers and 5 customer service representatives and they all say they have removed it and will be removed in 72 Hours and give a confirmation # but the Consumer statement still remains on my Equifax Credit Report eventhough I have no collections with Equifax. I need The CFPB to request directly to Equifax that the Consumer Statement be removed Immediately.
