My name is XXXX XXXX this complaint is in regards to vehicle titled under Hyundai Motor Finance under VIN # XXXX. Hyundai Motor Finance is in violation of a law that pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 6802 Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information. During our agreement of the loan terms in Hyundai Motor Finance automotive dealership , & automotive loan financing department. I never verbally, written, or implied to agreed upon the disclosure of my car loan or my car loan 's vital information to third party or any form of public record. This is car loan is on my personal credit report which I never gave consent to share or report, nor was I notified of such details will be shared with a third party before hand. I have sent a letter on this date given my written request to exercise my god given right to opt-out from sharing details with a non-affiliated third party including ( Credit bureaus ) without my consent. I was not made aware of my right to do so at the time of our agreement, I was not given the opportunity to do so, and I never agreed to having the details of our agreement shared. Hyundai Motor Finance are now breaking the law and could be held criminally and civially liable. I have attached a copy of the written agreement, it doesn't say that you will share information with XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX. On the last page states that all federal law and Georgia law apply. Also, have attached the written letter I sent XX/XX/2021 with the tracking to Hyundai Motor Finance address.
