from XX/XX/21 - XX/XX/21 after several attempts to resolve the issue of not receiving an updated credit report. the company stated that the issue was my address was incorrect and was told that the issue would be corrected within 24 hours. i checked on the problem everyday till this day and the issue still havent been solved and im not able to take out any loans due to this.
