fact, I the affiant is aware and have proof that Equifax has and continued to violate my consumer privacy rights. I the affiant observed 35 violations on my consumer credit report. XXXX is and continues to be in violation of 15 U.S. CODE 1681 ( A ) ( 4 ), 15 U.S. CODE 1681 ( A ) ( 2 ), 15 USC 1692 ( D ) ( 1 ) ( 3 ) 15 USC 1681 ( A ). Even after being informed numerous times that's the information was incorrect and should not be on there. I have been injured numerous times from XXXX 's gross, negligent and willful behavior. these injuries include, and are not limited to being denied of credit, my reputation has been ruined, loss of business income, XXXX, and mental anguish.
