I am currently being sued for a fraudulent interest and fee attachments by Capital One Bank Corp. I have continually disputed these charges of Interest and Fees because Capital One Bank hidden the account charges until interest and fees were accrued. Capital One Corporation representatives claimed that I requested a " paperless '' account statement. When in fact, I never authorized paperless statements from Capital One Bank ( I never use paperless statement and I always validate my charges from written/ paper statements ). This dispute has been going back and forth for the last three years (? ). At one point, I managed to negotiate a settlement but it was rejected because I demand they restore my credit and Capital One Corp expunge bad debt charge with all credit rating agency. They repeated kick-back the settlement and rejected my " full '' settlement payment.
