Back in XXXX I submitted my complain to the company and they still are half doing their jobs. XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a FTC and a CFPB to the company about fraudulent activity on my account. I wanted inquires removed off of my credit file that did not belong to me. Luckily there were no account opened, but inquires did appear on my credit report. In the first CFPB the company removed some, but not all of the inquires. To only half complete my claim is unfair and unlawful to me. Please rereview this information and correct the missing information or provided the results of the first investigation stating that these inquires should remain on my credit file. I have resubmitted the documents with highlighted the missing inquires that they failed to remove.
