Upon a review of my credit reports with TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX, I noticed a derogatory tradeline that I did not recognize from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent a request to investigate to XXXX on XXXX containing the FTC Identity Theft report and CMPD Incident report pertaining to this account, as I believed that I was a victim of identity theft. I received TWO letters from XXXX postmarked XX/XX/21 stating that their investigation for unauthorized activity on a XXXX XXXX account in your name showed that we identified payments made on the account and we were unable to find evidence of unauthorized activity. I sent another letter requesting all documents related to this account ( original application with my signature, proof of deliver of any items ordered, and proof that payments were made on the account ) on XX/XX/21. This letter was delivered on XX/XX/21. I have yet to hear from XXXX concerning the account, and a dispute filed with TransUnion on XX/XX/21, completed on XX/XX/21 came back as " verified as accurate ''.
