Equifax is violating my rights per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) because they have not validated the debts they are reporting. I numbered some Equifax credit reports to refer to in this complaint. 1. I have sent several letters to Equifax ( six are attached to this complaint ) highlighted yellow requesting them to sent requested information ( a description of how the reinvestigation was conducted along with the business name, employee name, address, and phone number of the furnished of the disputed information, so I can follow up with them ) in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public law 91-506, Title VL, Section 611, Subsection A-D. XXXX have never send me the requested information. I am requesting validation not verification. Please send validation of these debts 2. They took over 60 days to complete the investigation because they never sent out the information requested after the investigation per the FCRA. 3. Attach all information requested above to complaint to validate this alleged debt or remove erroneous account not validated on my credit report. Investigation information was not sent per my request and per the fair credit reporting act therefore these accounts can not be my accounts and must be deleted.
