Around XX/XX/2020, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to have service in my service and they were supposed to ship me an equipment. However the equipment took so long and i cancelled the service. The equipment still arrived and once i received their equipment, i called them and asked them how to return the equipment and XXXX XXXX XXXX told me to return it at any XXXX store. So I went and return the equipment. I NEVER CALLED XXXX XXXX XXXX to activate their equipment and I HAVE USED XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for any places I have been. So I was surprised that XXXX XXXX XXXX send my information for collection debt to an agency called SUNRISE CREDIT SERVICES located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. I called that agency and told them I have never had any type of business service with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but since they are a collector agency, the only thing they want is to wrongfully collect your money unfairly.
