Currently I am being charged PMI. As of XX/XX/2021 I owed less than 80 % on my home based on current market value and Loan Depot is refusing to drop PMI. They also will not disclose what my home value is being based off of while I sent them all recent sales within the neighborhood to prove my value of ny mortgage is less than 80 %
