Dear Sir/ Madam I and my partner rented a small shop from a management company called, XXXX XXXX XXXX a realty company in XXXX XXXX we had hardship in running the business and made up to a decision to close the company after 1 year. we settled down with Mr.XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2019, he verbally told us not to worry about the rent, and now we see they have given it to a collection agency after 2 years, called Credit Associated of Hawaii, located XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX HI XXXX. We have been getting calls from them and they have reported to the credit bureau, in this pandemic we are trying to keep up life normal, we are ready to finalize with them as well and offered them {$4000.00}, they are asking $ XXXXWe are requesting your agency to help on this matter.
