Consumer Narrative
This is XXXX XXXX XXXX and not a credit repair company -Bankruptcy chapter XXXX XXXX U.S. Bankruptcy Court XX/XX/XXXX -Bankruptcy chapter XXXX XXXX XXXX bankruptcy court XX/XX/XXXX, I have asked more than 3x for a response as to how this information was verified and whom did they speak to? I have submitted proof from the Us Babkruptcy court stating they do not furnish bankruptcy, judgments or liens to the credit bureaus. The FCRA states " I have the right to a complete and accurate credit report, and any errors must be deleted. I have exhausted my options with no result. -Original creditor XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$170.00}, The fcra states I have the right to a accurate and complete credit report. This account on my credit report is inaccurate and has incomplete information as to whom the creditor is, which makes this account inaccurate. I have demanded that this account be removed from my credit report because it has caused unwanted derogatory marks, causing my creditor score to be lower. -Capital XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX This account has reported inaccuracies and i demanded it be deleted. The open dates has XX/XX/XXXX transunion, XX/XX/XXXX experian, XX/XX/XXXX equifax which shows different opening dates which are inaccurate, XXXX reports no data for the history of payments, XXXX reports the account being charged off, Equifax reports the account as OK. There can not be 3 different reports for the same account. The reporting data has must to match to be accurate. Thus making this account inaccurate and I demand that this be deleted. XXXX Bank XXXX XX/XX/XXXX this account is reporting inaccurate date to my credit report and causing derogatory marks, which in turn is lowering my credit score. You are report my account as charged off. XXXX is reporting this account with no data. XXXX is reporting as charged- off and equifax is reporting as OK. All 3 credit bureaus must rert accurate data. XXXX, XXXX and equifax can not report different payment data. It has to match. The date of last activity is different from transunion XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Equifax XX/XX/XXXX. The correct opening date can not be determined because it does not match, therefore this is inaccurate. I demand that it be removed from my credit report.
