In XXXX of XXXX I had a no fault head-on collision which generated medical bills and was unable to work for more than a year. According to my counsel the resulting bankruptcy should not be held over seven years. Experian is not removing the bankruptcy or noting that I paid my debts included in the bankruptcy through reaffirmation. This is not to be held over seven years according to my counsel as it is a medical bankruptcy resulting from a no fault collision and is being held for 10 years, not seven. It should be removed immediately as it is timed out, I have challenged and been refused by Experian. Recently I have experienced bank fraud and need to repair the credit reporting to move forward.
