Since our initial complaint # XXXX has not been resolved by Tiaa, we are making a second complaint. Tiaa will not remove their forced insurance and saying that we are seven months in delinguency. Our insurance, XXXX and we have sent Tiaa our policy and renewal several times and at Tiaa 's request XXXX and we have sent the complete payment schedule to Tiaa. With no response, we called after a week and they said they were working on it. Since, XXXX of this yea, r this has always been their response and this working on it, is their code word- we have trashed it. At Tiaa 's request the U.S. District Judge of the XXXX District of Georgia 's bankruptcy court ordered us to make a monthly payment to Tiaa. In XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of this year, Tiaa ordered us not to make this payment along with our morrgage payment - going against the U.S. Judge 's order. Around XXXX XX/XX/15 we received a statement from Tiaa stating that we were delinquent and behind 7 months and that our next payment has to include an insurance mayment. Tiaa will probably block our XXXX payment. We ask that Tiaa remove this illegal, illicity forced insurance, not in a month, or several month, but at once!
