I paid off my vehicle through Strategic Automotive Services in XXXX of XXXX and my account still showed open over 6+months after paying off the vehicle. I called them multiple times to get the account closed. Instead of closing the account they completely took it off my credit and blamed XXXX, and said they had taken it off my credit, not them
